This is my blog. I've been working with clients for 25 years in my therapy practice. I've worked with kids and teens anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I'm settling in to a comfortable practice now and a specialization with women, and focus now on self compassion and mindfulness. What I have learned is that these strategies are timeless and work along side with all of the strategies I have in my toolbox to help my clients. This is my daily blog.
